Overall responsible for execution of Procurement planning for respective category as defined by Category Lead and exhibit the NAYARA policy to third parties & subordinates i.e. fulfilment executive.

• Execute policies and reviews the same & make sure for compliance of policy for self and fulfilment team member.
• Responsible for execution of SOP & e procurement tools for the category (Check, balance & control).
• Responsible for supplier management for category. Identify & implement parameters for supplier relation, supplier performance and reporting of same to category lead.
• Responsible for timely delivery of all the catalyst and chemicals along with services by ensuring timely renewal of contracts.

Responsible for following actions.

• Co-ordination with planning & end user to get demand planning.
• Execute Procurement planning based on demand planning for category responsible and execute procurement planning.
• Execute category strategies & implement checks and measure for same.
• Work with Category Lead to prepare approved vendor list for category responsible and work to optimise the same.
• Prepare guidelines for fulfilment executive for day to day Procure to pay cycle.
• Co-ordinate with fulfilment executive to prepare documentation in line with guidelines & requirement of category lead.
• Co-ordinate with third party (Internal & External) to manage & enforce contract for respective category of material.
• Responsible for execution of buying channel and define clearly in sourcing strategy.
• Responsible for go to market approach for team members.
• Co-ordinate for pre-bid meeting with supplier along with end user & potential supplier and list out points to be discuss for category lead.
• On day to basis execute Procurement activities of Team like Floating enquiry / Tendering in open market as per management guidelines, Obtaining Bid, Technical Coordination with user department, Preparing Techno Commercial QCS, Negotiation with vendors for best price value, To ensure procurement / Services within agreed lead time, Proposing Order / ARCs on cost effective manner with supplier having impeccable performance, quality, delivery, price and safety, Drive relationship with internal and external customers pertaining to category.
• Drive relationship with internal and external customers pertaining to category.
• Coordination and Internal Customer (Like process team, finance team, warehouse team) management.
• Periodic review along with technical/process team about the performance of key treatment programs of refinery.
• Review of TPDD expiry of critical vendors and ensure timely action related to TPDD of vendors.
Execute category strategy, sourcing strategy, buying channel, negotiations strategy & execute the same to meet Organization & Dept. KPIs.

• Establish accurate, reliable data base of suppliers / service providers.
• Track & monitor category spend, demand plan & notify deviations within the category.
Track and monitoring of RM input prices of all the catalyst and chemicals.

• Saving (p.a) within the category in line with category value delivery plan.
• Timely delivery of all the catalyst and chemicals along with services by ensuring renewal of contracts timely.
• Trend in category material & services with respect to plan/past transaction/estimates.
• Development of new/alternate supplier for category to optimise supplier data base.
Monitor & Evaluate supplier performance.

Functional Skills:

• Good Knowledge of procurement process, Industry standard contracts,
• Basic knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory framework
• Basic understanding of the refinery operations and processes.
