Consumer and Market In sighting
- Understanding of Consumer Profiles, impact of catchments/ buying behaviors on elements of channel strategy such as store locations, merchandise, staff service etc.
- Market research tools, tactics, principles and practices, understanding of competitor and industry dynamics.
Merchandising Grid Management
- Creating and managing product range in line with brand marketing strategy, brand identity and consumer and product segments - translate that into GTM plan.
- Managing product grid/ product portfolio through understanding of customer choice, fashion trends and competitor products in the market - reviewing merchandise performance
- Choosing product/range which has correct combination of colors, patterns, styles and trims and suiting the aesthetic sense of consumers.
- Merchandise Performance Reviews & Brief
Inventory Planning & Management
- Inventory and sales planning from store to national level, measuring merchandise productivity, understanding impact of buying trends and business plans.
- Placing the right merchandise in stores, Auto-Replenishment, Inter-store transfers, Core Management Process, Stock liquidation through AMM plan.
- Understanding of width vs depth strategy
- Best-Seller and EOSS Management § Monthly order management to ensure lean inventory.
People Development & Leadership
- Set KRA’s for team members, Monitor and review team and individual performance, Provide Feedback. Train people on their functional competencies
Category Management
- Drive business growth initiatives as per brand roadmap.
- Deep Dive in ROS & Sell-Through § Ensuring GTM Drive & CTM management.
- Driving sustainable growth & enhance brand imagery through product innovations.
- Drive Premiumization & continual upgradation of quality
- Core/Essentials sale analysis, upgradation & ensure replenishment.
