Campus Manager

Job Description:
As a Campus Manager at Chandigarh University Lucknow location, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of campus operations, student services, and administrative functions. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the campus while upholding the institution's values and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Campus Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the campus, including facilities management, security, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient functioning of academic and non-academic activities.
- Implement and enforce campus policies and procedures to maintain discipline and safety.
Student Services:
- Provide support and guidance to students, addressing their academic, personal, and career-related needs.
- Organize and facilitate student events, workshops, and extracurricular activities to promote student engagement and well-being.
- Serve as a liaison between students and faculty/staff, resolving conflicts and fostering a positive campus environment.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage administrative tasks such as admissions, registration, and student record keeping.
- Prepare budgets, manage expenditures, and ensure financial compliance.
- Collaborate with central administrative teams for reporting, data analysis, and strategic planning.
Community Engagement:
- Develop and maintain relationships with local community stakeholders, including parents, alumni, and industry partners.
- Represent the institution at community events, networking functions, and educational fairs to enhance its visibility and reputation.
Staff Supervision and Development:
- Recruit, train, and supervise campus staff, including administrative personnel and support staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support professional development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in educational administration, campus management, or related roles.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and campus management software.
- Knowledge of educational regulations and compliance standards.
