Call Quality Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an analytical thinker to join our team as the Quality Analyst.

This role requires a professional who can work resourcefully to assure quality of programs and systems.

The Quality Analyst will work closely with the Sales Department to identify and remedy quality test processes.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct regular Call Audits

Maintain working knowledge of Quality Standards

Review and Assess the Quality of Calls

Assure accuracy of Calls

Develop and perform Quality Test Processes

Participate in bi-weekly meetings with the Sales department

Job Eligibility:

Minimum HS(Cls 12) qualified

Storing oral communications required

Good Advance Excel knowledge required

Willingness to work

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday: 8:00a.m. - 6:00p.m.
