Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and results-oriented Telecallers to join our dynamic Call Center team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling incoming calls from clients, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calls:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script.
  • Explain products or services and answer questions from potential clients.
  • Engage in effective and persuasive conversations to generate interest and secure appointments or sales.
  • Inbound Calls:
  • Handle incoming calls from existing and potential customers.
  • Provide information about products, services, and address customer inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Data Entry:
  • Accurately enter customer information into the database during and after each call.
  • Achieve Targets:
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly call quotas and sales targets.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve overall business objectives.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Adaptability:
  • Ability to adapt to changing scripts, products, and processes.
  • Punctuality:
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality.
