Job description:
- Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of data from multiple sources to derive meaningful insights
- Translate data into actionable insights that inform business strategy and decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and address challenges based on insights
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards that visualize key metrics and performance indicators
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to support ongoing business operations
- Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize processes and campaigns
- Analyze results and provide recommendations for improvements
Required Skills:
- 4+ Years of working experience on Digital projects in Fintech / Investment domain
- Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, data science, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in data analytics, measurement, or insights roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in analytics tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python,R).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align insights with business objectives.
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development
