Role
We are seeking aBusiness Process Specialist Leader to join our Strategic Workforce Planning and Skills Design Team within ServiceNow’s Global People Team. The Business Process Specialist leader will design, implement and maintain methodologies, processes and systems for understanding Annual Contract Value (ACV) particularly Net New ACV (NNACV) revenues on headcount and skills demand across the strategic(2-3 yrs), operational (rolling 12 months) and staffing (rolling 6 months) outlook windows. This role will partner with the Finance FP&A lead/team, the Recruiting CoE and the Global People Operations CoE to ensure the processes allow for forecasting, planning and measurement of annual operating plans as well as ensuring “industrialization” of the processes within the Global People Operations shared services teams. The role will also work with the HR BPs and the business to help build and drive an Enterprise Wide strategic workforce plan balancing jobs, skills, location and cost to enable ServiceNow’s growth.

In your role as ServiceNow’s Business Process Specialist Lead, you will be accountable for designing, the processes for headcount and skills forecasting in partnership with the business (BUs/Functions) and with the Finance, Recruiting and People Insights teams. Additionally, the Business Process Specialist Lead will be responsible for partnering with our Product and Digital Technology teams to build and successfully implement and maintain innovative global processes, tools and products for headcount and skills forecasting, planning and management meant to enable ServiceNow’s growth gaols, employing an “automate first” and “voice of the customer” mindset.

We’re looking for an innovative and data-driven person who will globally streamline our headcount and skills forecasting design processes, and scale ServiceNow into the future. The lead of the Business Process design function will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will need to be an action-oriented leader able to thrive in an evolving environment.  

What you get to do in this role: 

  • Drives enterprise-wide headcount and skills forecasting design projects with the HR BPs which will radically improve the effectiveness of our business.
  • Works with the business, HR BPs and/or Talent Acquisition to design and build a skills nomenclature and processes which will engage and delight our employees and show ROI for enterprises to utilize the ServiceNow Employee, Growth and Development product. 
  • Work with the People Insights team to manage and measure critical headcount and skills success outcomes.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have: 

  • 14+ years exp in operational excellence, business transformations and digitization
  • Deep understanding of headcount and skills forecasting process design, of HCM and skills Enterprise and SAAS systems and of best practices for designing and implementing headcount and skills success metrics and outcomes – specifically with a bias for “Gen AI first” and for repeatability
  • Hands on experience with SAAS products, SAAS product implementation in complex organizations
  • Good understanding of Finance ERP process design. Anaplan system knowledge a big plus
  • Direct experience working with executive stakeholders to design, build and deploy effective outcomes for headcount and skills forecasting processes.
  • Stakeholder management: Manage relationships between HR BPs, COEs, and business stakeholders across annual operating planning, forecasting, etc. processes.
  • Have the ability to build trusted relationships and turn conflict into opportunities to collaborate.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Integrity: High level of integrity
