Preferred Industry Experience:

• Bank/NBFC with a focus on sales in retail assets (unsecured)
• Experience in merchant banking sourced through DSAs (Channel Partners)

Desired Experience:

• Relevant experience of 25 years in any unsecured loan product preferably Business Loans with DSA handling experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understanding the product offering clearly
• Ability to explain the product to merchants
• Establish and maintain strong DSA/Channel partner connections
• Good knowledge of the local market sales dynamics
• Independently handle sales calls and inquiries
• Manage and execute local sales promotions
• Achieve targeted loan disbursements
• Ensure the smooth flow of processes related to credit and operations
• Build and maintain a profitable loan portfolio
