Department Overview
WFIP Consumer Lending (WFIP-CL) ably supports our enterprise-wide focus on transforming client and customer experience. WFIP-CL includes the following businesses: Home Lending, Wells Fargo Auto, Personal Lending, Cards & Merchant services and Controls.
India BCRM performs system administration updates supporting changes to the business strategy. India BCRM consults and participates in system/change initiatives for process design and re-engineering and utilize "Kanban" methodology to deliver systemic changes. Kanban is a way to manage work in progress with prioritization. It limits work in progress (WIP) and lets the India BCRM focus on current work. This is done by visual management via JIRA board within the JIRA application "to do", "doing" and "done". India BCRM is likewise responsible in identifying process and systemic gaps for multiple systems and establishing controls in an effort to mitigate risk.
Request Types:
  • Routine system maintenance - Predictable flow of business request that occur on a monthly basis. Month-end collector assignments, Weekly rate table changes and/or bulk request.
  • Non Routine enhancements - New capabilities, rules or logic that impacts or alters the way a U.S. WF Auto team member handles an account (e.g. reverse charge off requests for which India may receive requests from LOBs to reverse a charge off on an account. Examples of a reversal include, but are not limited to, a payment was made and/or repossession occurred prior to charge-off. India reviews for validity and if deemed correct will move the charged off account from one work state to another in order to complete the reversal.)
