Role Description
INVICTUS BROKERAGE LIMITED is seeking a full-time Business Development officer. This is a hybrid role that requires the candidate to be located in Jodhpur and has flexibility for some remote work. The Agency Director will oversee the sales and marketing operations of our agency team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. They will also be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven track record of success in agency management, sales management, or Business Development
- Experience in the financial services industry preferred, but other industries will be considered
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain client relationships
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment across multiple departments
- Strategic planning and execution skills
- Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and make sound decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership skills to manage and motivate teams
