About the Roles:
Business Development Officer:
Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, spearheading Business Development initiatives in Rishikesh and surrounding areas.
Forge strategic partnerships with local adventure activity providers, negotiating mutually beneficial agreements to expand Advenzone's offerings.
Act as the primary liaison between Advenzone and local vendors, ensuring clear communication, maintaining positive relationships, and fostering a collaborative ecosystem.
Conduct market research to identify new and emerging adventure activities, trends, and competitor landscape in Rishikesh.
Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to increase. brand awareness, acquire new vendors, and drive platform adoption in the region.
Contribute to the creation of compelling marketing materials and presentations showcasing Advenzone's value proposition to potential vendors.
Travel to various locations within the region as needed to meet with potential and existing vendors.
Local Sales:
Build and manage strong relationships with local adventure activity providers in Rishikesh, acting as the face of Advenzone in the market.
Proactively generate leads and convert them into partnerships by effectively communicating the benefits of joining the Advenzone platform.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date information on local adventure activities is available on the platform, including descriptions, pricing, and logistics.
Provide excellent customer service to vendors, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
Participate in local events and trade shows to promote Advenzone and build brand awareness.

Qualifications:
Business Development Officer:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, sales, or a related field.
Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
In-depth knowledge of the adventure tourism industry in India, preferably with a focus on Rishikesh, is a plus.
Local Sales Representatives:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Strong understanding of the local adventure tourism scene in Rishikesh.
Passion for outdoor activities and adventure travel is a plus.
