Overview

PENNEP is looking for a Business Development Intern who is motivated and enthusiastic to join our team. In this role, the intern will get a chance to learn and experience various aspects of Business Development. Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Utilize market insights to generate leads and contribute to the development of a robust client database.
  • Actively engage with potential clients, providing detailed information about the company's products and services.
  • Secure appointments with key decision-makers by showcasing the company's value proposition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and schedule client meetings, ensuring alignment with both client and company schedules.
  • Track and manage leads systematically, prioritizing follow-up actions for effective lead conversion.
  • Execute travel arrangements as needed to meet with clients, ensuring seamless logistical coordination.
  • Foster positive client relationships by delivering exceptional service and promptly addressing inquiries or concerns.
  • Gather feedback from client interactions and meetings to contribute insights for refining sales strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to the sales team on lead generation outcomes, client interactions, and meeting schedules.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, meeting outcomes, and lead generation efforts for future reference.

Required Skills and Qualification

  • Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
  • A basic understanding of Business Development is a plus.
