We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in the immigration services industry and contribute to the success of our organization.
Business Development Executive duties and responsibilities
- Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
- Identifying new revenue opportunities and trends in the immigration industry.
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients
- Identify and target potential clients in need of immigration services, including individuals, corporations, and organizations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their immigration needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintaining and updating sales, marketing, and Business Development documentation
- Stay up-to-date with immigration laws and regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
Business Development Executive Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or similar field
Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales, Business Development or a similar role
Experience in managing and growing sales teams
Excellent multitasking skills

Provident Fund Deduction: A 3600 pf deduction from your salary will be made as per government regulations.
Laptop Requirement: It is compulsory for employees to have a personal laptop for work purposes. Additionally, a laptop allowance of 1000rs will be included in your salary.
Punctuality: Employees are expected to be punctual and adhere to the working hours of
Day Shift: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m(Mon-Sat)
Night Shift: 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m(Mon -Fri)
Salary Disbursement: The first 20 days' salary will be held and disbursed upon leaving the organization. Subsequently, salaries will be paid on the 20th of each month.
Probation Period: The first 3 months of employment will be a probationary period, during which no paid leaves will be available.
