What you will be doing:
-Around 8+ yrs of exp as BA in a Sprint team
-5 years’ experience in Product owner Role or equivalent role
-Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
-Ability to understand and apply concepts
-Ability to handle job expectations of a BA in sprint team
-Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
-Identifies and document business strategies, objectives and drivers.
-Business analysis, requirement gathering and creating business artefacts
-Proven ability to work with stakeholders
-Define, maintain & prioritize backlog (epic/features/user stories) to guide the agile software development team.
-Highly self-motivated with a strong will to win, ability to take ownership and desire to drive for optimal business results
What you bring:
Extremely structured thinking
Change management and implementation management techniques and approaches
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users
Understanding of agile methodology, e.g. SAFe, with competence utilizing project management software tools (e.g. Rally) to write concise user stories to communicate with the Engineering and QA teams and to ensure feasibility.
Good to have exposure in Payments domain.
Nice to have SAFE POPM certifications (Not mandatory)
