In your new role as "Business Administration Manufacturing" you will be responsible for:
Exports billing for factory towards Sales orders received from Siemens Affiliates.
Exports consignment dispatch with RFID form filling and ensuring custody for exports seal.
Support dispatch team for preparing delivery challans for domestic outbound consignment.
Signing all Tax Invoices, Delivery challan and Job work challan.
Preparing E-way bill for all domestic outbound consignments.
Support for providing audit related documents on quarterly basis.
Preparing ICFR monthly and quarterly review for factory controls.
Reconciling payables on monthly basis and acting on open debit and credit balances as per threshold limits
Initiating Bank payment order and retention release for local and foreign vendors
Ensuring Seamless execution along with controlling and review required for month end closing activities.
Preparing FEMA and Transfer pricing files and arranging required documents to complete Assessment of Transfer pricing.
What will you need to succeed?
? You should have minimum experience of 3-4 years along with bachelor's degree. Post Graduation would be preferable.
? Exposure in commercial and accounting/controlling functions with strong analytical skill.
? Excellent MS Office (excel & power point) skills,
? Worked extensively on SAP,
? Collaborative approach with team player with strong interpersonal skills and Excellent oral and written communication skills in English to communication.
