• Taking daily property rounds and resolving cleaning matters• Maintaining daily/monthly reports and attendance records• Scheduling vendor meetings and resolving customer queries• Developing and mentoring vendor staff• Improving and monitoring cost-effective services• Preparing and developing documentation of standard policies• Assigning work to subordinate supervisors and teams• Managing landscaping and gardening• Briefing staff and implementing checklists• Monitoring staff cleaning standards and janitor closets
Requirements
• Degree/Diploma in hotel management/hospitality• 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred• Effective communication skills and customer-oriented service outlook
