Luxoft is working on an ADAS Domain Controller project for a prestigious OEM, working closely with the OEM teams to deliver next-generation Platform solution based on AUTOSAR Classic, AUTOSAR Adaptive and QNX working together as a system interacting with a host of cameras, ultrasound sensors, internal and external Radars.
At Luxoft we are looking for experienced team members who deliver quality and expert support by being involved in AUTOSAR Classic Platform Configuration, Integration and Release Management willing to take full responsibility for the deliverable and willing to support our customer in the development of the next generation system.
The ideal candidate needs to have endless curiosity and can pair a global mindset with locally relevant execution. You should be a gritty problem solver, never give up attitude and self-starter who can think of out-of-box solution. The successful candidate will be a team player, display a balance of hard and soft skills, including the ability to respond quickly to Client's changing needs.
Responsibilities
- Drive a team of 15+ engineers on classic AUTOSAR integration
- Work as a product owner and a scrum master for the team
- Discuss with the customer teams and make a plan for the project execution
- Drive overall team responsibility
- Support the team on classic AUTOSAR work planning and technical coordination between different squads
- Drive the project to do classic AUTOSAR base software configuration, integration of communication, diagnostics, mode management, etc.
- Conduct SCRUM Ceremonies
- Be involved in PI Planning
- Sprint Planning according to Team Capacity
- Ensure that work is estimated in SP and added to Sprint
- Report Sprint Scope Creep
- Report on Sprint Velocity
- Log and Maintenance of JIRA Risks and Impediments
- JIRA Custom Dashboard Creation
Skills
Must have
- Experience as a Scrum Master 2+ years
- Knowledge of AUTOSAR Classic
- Working experience in AUTOSAR Classic Basic Software Configuration using Vector Toolchain
- Working experience in the Automotive Field
- Good understanding and demonstrated experience on the following topics:
- Sprint Velocity
- Capacity Planning
- JIRA Risks and Impediments
- Scope Creep
