AddressWe are looking for a Brand Service Director for a global Advertising Agency based in Bangalore.
Exp : 10 - 12 yrs
This is a work from office role. Weekends off. 5 days working.
Mainline advertising experience is must.

- Strong project management abilities to effectively oversee and meet strategic goals and execute multiple initiatives at once.
- Effective analytical skills to properly evaluate internal or external trends or issues and create appropriate solutions.
- Be the creative mind behind many of the products and services we use every day.
- Develop brand's identity, image, and reputation through marketing strategies such as advertising, public relations, social media, etc.
- Work with company leadership to determine which brands should be developed or expanded.
- Work with designers and other staff members to create new products or services that fit within the established brand identity.
Brand Director Job Duties:
- Create and manage effective advertising campaigns, including planning the budget and timelines, hiring staff, and overseeing production
- Review marketing research results to determine whether they indicate a need for change in the company's products or services
- Set up meetings with potential clients to present ideas and proposals for new products or services
- Review and approve all advertisements created by the agency before they are published or aired
- Manage the production of all marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, magazines, direct mail pieces, and other print materials
- Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns to ensure that they are meeting their goals
- Coordinate all aspects of a product launch from concept to production to distribution to ensure that it meets company goals and targets the correct audience
- Develop marketing strategies that will increase brand awareness and generate sales
- Write speeches or articles that promote the company's products and services or explaining company policies to employees
Brand Director Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or any another related field.
- Master's degree in marketing, advertising or business administration preferred (not mandatory).
