It is a brand for the people, by the people evolving the cosmetic domain with all organic, natural, certified products helping the cosmetic industry to be free from adverse chemical exposure all over.
Job Overview -
Brand Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective brand strategies to enhance the overall image and market presence of a product or company. The role involves a combination of marketing, advertising, and business strategy.
Roles and responsibilities -
1. Strategy Development -Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to meet business objectives. Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, preferences, and competitors. Identify target audiences and devise plans to reach and engage them effectively.2. Brand Positioning -Define and communicate the brand's unique value proposition and positioning in the market. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.3. Product Development -Collaborate with product development teams to align product features and attributes with the brand strategy. Work on product naming, packaging, and other elements to reinforce brand identity.4. Marketing Campaigns -Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.5. Brand Communication -Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including print materials, online content, and social media posts. Maintain brand integrity and consistency in all communication materials.6. Cross-functional6. Collaboration -Work closely with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service to ensure brand alignment. Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to execute marketing initiatives.8. Skills and Qualifications -
1. MBA in any specialization with proven experience in brand management or a related role.2. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.3. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.4. Familiarity with market research and data analysis.5. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends.
