Branch Support Executive

We, AF TECHNOLOGIES is actively seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Branch Support Executive to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

• Interact with customers, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

2. Quotation Creation:

• Generate accurate and timely quotations based on customer requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand pricing structures and product/service details.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of standard quotes for commonly requested products/services.

3. Ticket System Handling:

• Efficiently manage and respond to customer inquiries and issues through the ticketing system.
• Prioritize and escalate tickets as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide clear and concise updates to customers regarding the status of their inquiries.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Branch Support Executive role.
• Diploma or Any Graduation degree.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in using ticketing systems and quotation creation tools.
• Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal.
