We, AF TECHNOLOGIES is actively seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Branch Support Executive to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:
- Interact with customers, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
2. Quotation Creation:
- Generate accurate and timely quotations based on customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand pricing structures and product/service details.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of standard quotes for commonly requested products/services.
3. Ticket System Handling:
- Efficiently manage and respond to customer inquiries and issues through the ticketing system.
- Prioritize and escalate tickets as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide clear and concise updates to customers regarding the status of their inquiries.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Branch Support Executive role.
- Diploma or Any Graduation degree.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in using ticketing systems and quotation creation tools.
- Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal.
