Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Branch Head at Elite Securitas Pvt. Ltd. The Branch Head shall be the Profit Centre Head and will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the branch, including overseeing the recruitment, training, and scheduling of security personnel, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing the office budget. He shall ensure growth of the Branch.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security or related industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role and business development.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
- Knowledge of security systems and related technology
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
