Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in a similar role, preferably in the staffing and recruiting industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in English language
• Knowledge of immigration processes and IELTS would be an added advantage
• Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
• Solid understanding of operations management
• Ability to analyze market trends and devise effective strategies
• Good organizational and multitasking skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of the Mohali branch, including sales, operations, and client management
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch targets and revenue goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns
• Lead and motivate the branch team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team objectives
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and stay ahead in the industry
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives and projects
• Prepare and present reports on branch performance, including sales forecasts, budgets, and expenses
• Stay updated with industry developments, market conditions, and customer preferences to drive innovation and growth
• Collaborate with other branches and departments to foster a cohesive and collaborative work environment
