3. BIM DESIGNER / BIM ARCHITECT
- Hands on experience on BIM/ Auto CAD/Revit.
- BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM project data sets.
- Provide technical support for Auto CAD and Revit Building Suit software applications.
- Thorough knowledge of Revit advanced modeling and documentation processes.
- Should be able to apply best BIM practices on every stage of a project.
- Thorough knowledge of and compliance with Creative Groups procedures and standards.
Qualities and skills required:
- Able to demonstrate the ability to undertake the above responsibilities.
- In-depth working knowledge of Auto CAD and Revit up to date.
- Experience of working in a project coordination role for CAD/BIM application.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to take responsibility.
- Resilient to cope with conflicting demands, able to prioritize duties and work effectively under pressure while remaining calm and professional at all the times.
- Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
