Responsibilities and Duties
Handling cash, invoicing & managing stake holders
Online Generation of vehicle Passes
Updating Internal Forms and formats, within the stipulated time with accuracy
Flexibility and adaptability to the work environment
· Proper accounting of bills and journal vouchers.
· Proper updation and maintaining of Cash Book
· To assist Finance head in F&A Related affairs, as and when needed,
· Compliance of any other statutory requirements which may arise from time to time
· Any other duties entrusted by the management from time to time.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Female candidates preferably from in & around Murijakal, Konni, Koodal.
- Any University degree in finance related field or equivalent.
- 1-3 years experience in similar roles
- Exposure and Practical expertise in tally ERP required
- Practical Expertise in MS Office tools and e-mail handling
- Multi tasking ability
- Excellent Oral & Written Communication skills, including letter drafting skills in English & Malayalam is mandatory.
- Knowledge in Malayalam typing would be an added advantage
