Main responsibilities:
- Service delivery, namely:
- ‘on demand’ and project-based analytical support;
- scheduled reporting;
- data governance;
- continuous improvement / automation / optimization
- data analysis and data interpretation
- reports design
- data management
- drive change management initiatives
- In close collaboration with the technology team, ensure that reporting, analytics and master data management requirements and functionality are incorporated in technology roadmaps
- Ensuring functional KPIs, SLAs, OLAs and other performance objectives are met
Requirements:
- Relevant experience / qualifications in any analytical discipline (preferably reporting), more than 5 years
- University degree
- Experienced with data presentation, data analysis and interpretation
- Advanced user in Microsoft Office suite
- Power BI and/or Power Query knowledge required
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to details
- Agility, change management
- Collaboration with all management levels, stakeholders management
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and with high flexibility
- Exposure to ERP, P2P, eSourcing or eContract Management systems and processes desirable but not essential
- Exposure to customer relationship management, escalation management and influencing skills with a strong customer-service orientation
- Willing to get involved in continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
