Key Job Responsibilities:
- Taking care of customer queries/tickets. Responding to queries within expected timelines.
- Upselling/cross selling different services of the business.
- Generate new leads with the aim of creating more sales.
- Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer.
Shift Timings
7.30 PM to 4.30 AM and 8.30 PM to 5.30AM (Night Shift)
