Job Responsibilities:
Develop packaging concept for Thermal cooling system for initial level DMU analysis.
Support for design and development for support structure assembly for TCS Coolant pump etc., for HV (high voltage) aggr egates where ever necessary.
Should have knowledge of Thermal system designing
Should have good knowledge of Radiator, Fan, Con denser, cooling pumps (HVAC system)
Should have knowledge of heat load from HV battery, motor, MCU of Electric vehicles
Should h ave knowledge of Simulation and hose design, losses in system for cooling system Release of support structure assembly in respect ive PLM systems (TCE and TCUA)
˜DMU analysis for HV aggregates in vehicle environment with VIG and other CoC groups.
Release of a ll HV aggregates data in Product life cycle management system (TCE and TCUA)˜
Support for Vehicle proto / production build support, Indenting and PO formalities work.Physical checks on vehicle for fitment related open points and work for resolving the same for all HV aggregates.
Capture and creation of Design Change request (DCR) as per the requirements from CoC, in PLM (TCE and TCUA).
Track the status for approval.Technical/ Functional competencies:
Added advantage -Dymola, Matlab, Thermal simulation heat load etc
Should have good Presentation and Communication skills.
Should have excellent people management and conflict management ski lls.
Should be self-disciplined, motivated and punctual to work and job assigned.
Should be a strong Team-Player.Knows Sheet metal bracket design and profound in PLM systems (TCE and TCUA)Tata Leadership Practices:Effective Communicator: Excellen t communication skills, both verbal and written Good People Management Skills
