Bartender Job Description:-

Kish Hospitality Consultant is currently seeking a skilled and passionate bartender for a luxury establishment in Shanghai, China.

We are looking for individuals who have a deep knowledge of mixology, a flair for creativity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Position: Bartender

Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests and provide a warm and friendly atmosphere

- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

- Create and innovate unique cocktails based on customer preferences

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning utensils

- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in cash handling and transactions

- Engage with guests, offer recommendations, and provide exceptional customer service

- Stay updated on current industry trends and new cocktail recipes

- Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a bartender in a high-end establishment

- Strong knowledge of various spirits, wines, and cocktails

- Excellent mixology skills and ability to craft visually appealing drinks

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume orders

- Fluent in English and Mandarin is required

- Certification in bartending is preferred
