Barista/All Rounder

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers and handling complaints
• Heating and serving prepared food
• Manage stock and inventory of goods at the counter and warehouse
• Work with store Managers to develop hamper and gifting hamper ideas
• Conduct timely stock checks, with particular attention to perishables
• Update weekly and daily stock levels at the café
• Clean and maintain espresso machines and other equipment, arranging repairs as needed
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality controls
• Receive and process customer payments

Skills and Qualities:

• Comprehensive knowledge of brews and beverages
• Proficiency in coffee preparation, from roasting and grinding beans to pouring coffee
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
• Polite and engaging personality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
