Job description

Lead generation at the time of account opening/service call being made to the customer
• Establishing & strengthening relationship with Cluster head & staff to gain mindshare from them on
protection and Annuity
• Involvement in work site activities (putting up stalls and making presentations in corporate. ï'·
Working, engaging and connecting with HNI clients for one on one selling ï'· Closing sale and following
up on issuance.
• Increasing bank's customer awareness about Life Insurance solutions and achieve the targeted penetration
on Annuity and protection
• Drive effectively the Reward and recognition programs launched for the bank staff. ï'· Train the bank
staff regularly on Annuity and Protection plan of
• Candidate shall have 1-5 years of life insurance company experience in sales from Banca Channel into Life Insurance.
• Need immediate joiners
• Preferable local candidate from location mentioned.
• Candidate shall have to build strong relationship across the partner network.
• Candidate should be good in communication, Posses product knowledge of competition and Presentable
• Age should be maximum 35 years.
• Shall be graduate / Post Graduate from recognized University.
• CTC – Maximum 3.5LPA to 4.5LPA.
