Your primary focus will be on building scalable and reliable server-side applications to support our customer-facing features and contribute to our cutting-edge technology stack.Responsibilities :1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Front-End Developers, Product Managers, and Designers, to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient and robust back-end solutions.2. Design, develop, and optimize server-side applications using Node.js, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, Elastic Search/Solr, and Kubernetes.3. Identify and resolve technical issues with top-notch problem-solving and debugging skills to ensure the smooth operation of our systems.4. Work in a fast-paced startup environment, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality code on time.5. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and provide constructive feedback to team members.6. Take ownership of your work, from conception to deployment, and continuously strive to improve the backend architecture and performance.7. Demonstrate a lean approach by prioritizing essential functionalities and delivering them quickly, avoiding unnecessary complexities.8. Contribute to the development of customer-facing features to enhance the overall user experience.9. Proactively adapt to changes in requirements and handle them with grace and efficiency.10. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.2. Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Back-End Developer, with a maximum of 4 years.3. Proven experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a must.4. Strong proficiency in Node.js, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, Elastic Search/Solr, and Kubernetes.5. Solid understanding of backend architecture, data structures, and algorithms.6. Good knowledge of e-commerce systems and customer-facing features is desirable.7. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver projects on time.8. A passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.9.
