Qualifications and Skills

- - Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- - Perform Back office tasks, such as data entry, document management, and record keeping
- - Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates and provide them with information about job opportunities
- - Explain the recruitment process and answer any questions from candidates
- - Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process
- - Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and source potential candidates
- - Maintain a database of candidate information and update it regularly
- - Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
- - Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
