Vacancy for “Back Office Coordinator (Female)”

We are urgently looking for Female candidates for the role of Back office Coordinator or Backhand support for our Audio visual company in Delhi.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Positive, Enthusiastic and ready to experience & learn.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Confident candidate and Telephonic skills are required
  • Able to quickly think on their feet, who is self-motivated and curious to learn.
Job Description:
  • Preparing quotation, Pre-format invoices, Tenders.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Promptly attending to customer request queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Key skills:
  • Sales, marketing, telemarketing.
  • Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders; Checking the quantities of goods in stock
  • Generating leads & opportunities through cold calling, website inquiries, etc
  • Maintaining tracker sheet for leads generation & closures.
Freshers/Experience both can apply.
