*Coordination among team members for smooth functioning and care of patients
*Ensure Daily attendance of patients for therapy
*Take daily Feedback on progress of the patient

*Provide instructions on completion of treatment
*Writing of Treatment summary Case history, Life style changes and symptoms at the time of joining and the progress.
*counselling of patients guardians about patients status when needed
*Should Lead / Manage Therapy department and Therapist
