ü Should have working experience with exposure to IT Systems with complex business processes, and planning for functional testing, impact analysis of changes, and regression testing

ü Should have experience in Requirements gathering & Gap analysis

ü Should have experience in understanding business requirements, functional specifications

ü Need to be well versed with Life Insurance Domain (knowledge of New business, Policy servicing, Claim Settlement etc.)

ü Should have Knowledge on Insurance Workflow System is

ü Proficient to create Test Scenarios & Test cases basis of BRD / FSD documentation

ü Should have Core Application Knowledge of Life Asia (AS400) / Ingenium / Elixir

ü Proficient in creating Requirement Traceability Matrix for Tests designed

ü Need to capable in creating Requirement Traceability Matrix for Tests designed

ü Should have knowledge in Creating or updating Test

ü Need to be proficient in Performing SIT & UAT Test Execution

ü Should report Defects & follow up with Developers / BA IT for defect fixation with defect ageing tracking SLA

ü Should have good verbal and written communication skills along with strong Logical thinking

ü Must be a good learner and self-starter, and also a team player

ü Willingness to travel and work at various customer sites

Testingskills

ü Should have in depth understanding of software testing

ü Should be able to prepare scenarios and derive test cases from the same

ü Should be proactive in test cases execution, defect discussion, defect logging, risk identification and mitigation

ü Proficient in Writing SQL queries

ü Should have hands on experience on Test Management (like Quality Center) and Defect Management tools like (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)

ü Must have Knowledge of databases and running of basic SQL queries

KeyResultArea(KRA)

ü Conduct independent system testing for changes to the application, understanding Life Insurance business process, the package application, and the Business Requirements and Functional Specifications.

ü Design test cases including expected outputs from the Business Requirements and Functional to ensure maximum coverage, to emulate user interaction in the production environment

ü Execute the end-to-end test scenarios and validate results

ü Report test results and ensure that bugs are properly identified, tracked, documented and fixed and help in UAT support to users

ü Review and provide input on Business Requirement and Functional Specification documents
