Job Summary:

As an Ayurvedic Therapist at Ekaanta, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality Ayurvedic consultations and treatments to our clients. Your expertise in Ayurvedic principles and practices will be essential in diagnosing clients' doshic imbalances and prescribing personalized lifestyle, dietary, and herbal remedies. You will work closely with individuals seeking to improve their health and well-being through the Ayurvedic approach, ensuring a holistic path to wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth consultations to assess clients' health issues, dietary habits, lifestyle, and overall well-being.
  • Determine clients' doshic imbalances and develop personalized treatment plans, including dietary recommendations, lifestyle changes, herbal supplements, and Ayurvedic therapies.
  • Perform a variety of Ayurvedic therapies and treatments, such as Abhyanga (Ayurvedic oil massage), Shirodhara, and other detoxification procedures, ensuring client safety and comfort.
  • Provide guidance on yoga and meditation practices as complementary therapies for balancing and enhancing overall wellness.
  • Monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal health outcomes.
  • Educate clients on the principles of Ayurveda and how they can integrate these practices into their daily lives for sustained health and wellness.
  • Collaborate with other wellness professionals at Ekaanta to offer a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to wellness.
  • Maintain professional standards and confidentiality in all client interactions.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of the latest trends and research in Ayurvedic medicine.

Qualifications:

  • A degree or certification from a recognized Ayurvedic institution.
  • Proven experience as an Ayurvedic Therapist, with a strong background in Ayurvedic diagnostic methods and treatment protocols.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ayurvedic herbs, dietary recommendations, and lifestyle practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide compassionate care.
  • Commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.
  • A holistic view of health and well-being, with an enthusiasm for promoting Ayurvedic principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Skills:

  • Expertise in performing a wide range of Ayurvedic treatments and therapies.
  • Proficient in client assessment and personalized plan development.
  • Strong counseling and educational skills to guide clients through their wellness journey.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.40 - ₹18,000.00 per month
