- The Group Funds - LoB under EB&RS function is responsible for sales of Group Savings & Investments Solutions to Corporates & Trusts for Gratuity, Pension, and Superannuation & Leave Encashment Benefits.
- The engagement during sales is with top finance & HR officers in the corporates. This is one of the fastest growing businesses in Pramerica Life and offers a huge potential for individual growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business delivery primarily through direct and B2B direct sales
B2B Direct Sales:
- Build a portfolio of group retirement funds clientele from pre-designated prospect list and geography
Business Development:
- Build a pipeline of new partnership opportunities covering all lines of group products and alternate distribution arrangements.
- Provide market intelligence and updates on competition activities Provide MIS and Reports for periodic reviews Experience
- Preferably MBA with 12- 18 years of overall experience, at least 5 years in B2B Sales in Financial Services / 4+ years of B2B Sales experience and currently in a B2B Sales role in Employee Benefits
Industry Segments Preferred:
- Corporate Salary & TASC in Banking, Group Funds in Life Insurance, Institutional Business in Mutual Funds, Debt & Capital market Sales Professionals, Business Banking, Employee Benefit Sales in BFSI
- Managed B2B direct sales of Employee Benefits Solutions in Insurance : Group Term Life, EDLI, Group Gratuity, Group Medical , Group
- Personal Accident plans Or Managed B2B sales in Liability Sales in Banks - Corporate Salary, Trust and Societies Or Managed B2B Sales in Mutual Funds or Debt Market Instruments
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills & interpersonal skills Team
