Job description

1. Sales strategy and planning: Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy and plan for the assigned geographies to meet the company's objectives and revenue targets.
2. Team management: Managing and leading a team of sales professionals including sales managers, sales executives, and other support staff within the zone. This involves setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
3. Market analysis: Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities, market trends, and customer needs within the zone. Using this information to develop sales plans and strategies that align with the local market.
4. Customer relationship management: Building and nurturing relationships with key clients and stakeholders within the zone. Maintaining an excellent understanding of customer needs and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels. Ring fencing of our clients & keeping a watch on competition activity
5. Employee benefits Solutions for Corporate Annuities and NPS to the B2B Segment through value proposition to the Top management of the Corporates specially, the decision makers and key influencers & etc. Improv the brand visibility/opportunity through extending employee benefit solutions to various Corporates
6. Training and development: Identifying training and development needs within the sales team and implementing appropriate programs to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance
7. Compliance and reporting: Ensuring compliance with company policies, sales processes, and relevant laws and regulations. Providing regular reports and updates on sales achievements, performance metrics, and market conditions to senior management.
8. Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Facilitating effective communication and coordination to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives
9. Competitive analysis: Monitoring and analysing competitor activities and market trends to identify potential threats or opportunities. Utilizing this information to adjust sales strategies and tactics accordingly.
10. Continuous improvement: Identifying areas for process improvement and driving initiatives to enhance sales efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness within the zone. Miscellaneous & others from time to time as decided by the management.
