Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as AVP - Growth (CAT Offline Expansion) located in Bhopal. As AVP - Growth, you will be responsible for sales, team leadership, strategic planning, business development, and marketing. You will work closely with the leadership team to drive the growth of our CAT Offline Expansion initiative and ensure the success of our test preparation programs.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development experience
- Proven track record in team leadership and strategic planning
- Experience in marketing and promoting educational programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Knowledge of the education industry and competitive landscape
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
