AddressJob Description: As a Technical Advisor, you will be the go-to expert, utilizing your skills and knowledge to diagnose and solve mechanical issues in vehicles. The ideal candidate holds an ITI qualification in Motor Mechanics, Diesel Mechanics, or has completed an Automobile Course, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in automobile workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify faults and defects in vehicles through thorough inspections
- Diagnose mechanical problems and provide visual inspection reports
- Confer with customers regarding inspection results and recommend corrective procedures
- Utilize product and service expertise to solve technical issues
- Communicate with clients through calls or correspondence to address concerns
- Provide direction and advice regarding the assembly, care, handling, testing, and operation of vehicles
Qualifications and Experience:
- ITI in Motor Mechanics/Diesel Mechanics or Automobile Course
- 2 years of experience in automobile workshops
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Thorough knowledge of vehicle assembly, care, handling, testing, and operation
