Location : Delhi NCR (Work from Office) Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist ( 5-8 yrs exp) Job Description: Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, with a focus on Social Media, SEO, Content Marketing, and other relevant channels. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker who can develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Social Media Management: - Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.). - Create engaging content, including text, image, and video content, tailored to each platform's audience. - Monitor social media trends and competitors, and adjust strategies accordingly. - Analyse performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement. 2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): - Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize website content. - Implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings. - Stay updated on search engine algorithms and industry trends to ensure effective SEO strategies. - Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly content. 3. Content Marketing: - Develop and execute content marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and thought leadership. - Create compelling and shareable content for various channels, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, and more. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all content. - Create image/video content for AuroDigital using Generative AI 4. Email Marketing: - Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers. - Segment email lists and personalize campaigns based on audience characteristics and behaviours. - Monitor email campaign performance and optimize for better results. 5. Analytics and Reporting: - Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). - Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. - Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization based on data insights. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, SEO, and content marketing. - In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, SEO best practices, and content marketing strategies. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms. - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
