Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Audit & Compliance for a reputed Manufacturing company at the Kolkata location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating various Certifications and Audits like ISO and Social Audits at our factories by outside agencies - SEDEX, Fair wear etc.
• Should be able to handle all compliances related to licenses, annual and quarterly returns for Factory license, Pollution, Trade License, BOPT, ESIC, PF, CLRI, Minimum Wages etc.

Candidates Profile:

• Minimum 5 year of relevant experience in handling ISO/ Social Audits
• Knowledge of labor legislation and Factory Act.
• Knowledge of Industrial Dispute Act will be an added advantage
• Sound knowledge in MS Excel, Online licensing portals
• Good communication skill and flexible.
