Technical Expertise: Stay updated on changes in Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and ensure compliance with the latest standards.System Implementation: Establish and maintain robust financial systems and processes, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and scalability.Startup Mode: Be ready to work in a startup environment, taking the initiative to set up accounting operations from scratch and adapt to evolving needs.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and reporting obligations, collaborating with auditors and regulatory bodies as necessary.Financial Analysis: Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to senior management, supporting strategic decision-making.

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 8 - 10 years of relevant experience. ï‚· Proven track record of leadership roles in finance and accounting within the manufacturing industry.
