Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Professor in Operations at Universal AI University located in Karjat. The Associate Professor will be responsible for curriculum design and development, course delivery, evaluation of coursework, and mentoring students in the Operations major.
Qualifications
- A Ph.D. in Operations or a closely related field from an accredited institution is preferred.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong research record and excellent teaching experience in Operations subjects.
- Ability to design and develop courses and curriculum, as well as teaching diverse populations at different levels of undergraduate and graduate programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Experience with advising, mentoring, and supervising students.
- The experience of working in integrated, multidisciplinary teams is highly valued.
- Experience in the industry is a plus.
