We are seeking a highly creative and talented UI/UX Designer to join our Marketing department. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience in UI/UX design and a strong understanding of marketing principles. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital platforms, ensuring an exceptional user experience that aligns with our brand image.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing experiences that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.
- Design customer experience designs for our FinTech platform (Web (responsive) & Mobile Experiences).
- Get familiar with design-based innovation approaches to solve customer challenges.
- Be a part of a fast-paced team that leads the innovation charge for its services business.
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with reporting managers and tech team.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables) and help Graphic team in designing the graphics as well.
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
- Content layout adjustments based on user feedback.
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.
Desired Skill & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Fine Arts.
- Strong visual or interaction design skills.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in design for web/mobile apps (high-end UI/UX designs).
- Fluency in mobile based information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
- Good to have knowledge of human-computer interaction (HCI), Visual Design, and Interaction Design.
- Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator or any other UI and Graphics designing software.
Soft skill set :
- Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to management and teams.
- A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
- Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
- Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.
