Associate: Technical Sales Analyst

Qualification Required: BCA, B.Tech (CSE, IT) + MBA (Marketing, IB, IT)


Experience and Skills Required:
– Fresher with a strong Technical Educational background (BCA/B.Tech+MBA).
– Clear and fluent communication skills.
– Ability to simplify complex information.
– Technical proficiency combined with interpersonal and soft skills.
– Strong team player with a positive attitude
– Dependability – Meets schedules consistently including deadlines and project requirements.


Job Location: ITC 3, Sector 67, Mohali, Punjab – 160062


Working Days: 5 days working


Primary KRAs:
1• Requirements Gathering and Estimation
– Requirement gathering from clients by understanding their business requirements in liaison with the sales team.
– Collaborate with the technical team for the solutions part.
– Provide estimation at a broader level to facilitate the Sales/Estimation cycles.
– Defining, analyzing, and documenting the requirements as a Project Requirements Specification Document.
– Communication with clients and team to ensure there are no gaps.
2• Research, Documentation and Presentation
– Prepare Documents, Wireframes, Presentations, MindMaps, and DFDs as per business needs
– Competitors & Market Analysis as per the client’s target market and business model.
– Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports.
– Prepare reports and present results to clients for engagement.
3• Share feedback and suggestions:
– Give suggestions to improve products and share clients’ feedback with the product development, marketing team, and other analysts.
– Process Gaps Identification – Any changes we can do in our process, to better the leads conversion rate.
4• Self-Improvement
– Keep himself updated about the latest updates on the web, eCommerce, and mobile commerce industry.
– Keep himself updated about the latest documentation practices.
– Should be well versed with tools like Powerpoint, Canva, Keynote, Draw.io, Excel, Balsamiq etc.
– Improve written and verbal communication and conversate in English within the organization.
