The Opportunity:
This role will be part of HR Shared Services Team providing first line, Tier 1, HR support for employees, managers and HR Business Partners for all people activities related to the hire-to-retire process.   

 


You are great at:

  • Ensure all HR data is processed accurately, in a timely manner, to set payroll cut-off dates and in line with GDPR
  • Document preparation relating to the entire employee life cycle including employment contracts, employee change letters and reference letters
  • First point of contact for all HR related queries via the HR Shared Services mailbox, telephone or face-to-face interaction 
  • Deal with simple payroll queries and liaising with Payroll team if necessary
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal contacts including HR Business Partners 
  • Subject matter expert for end-to-end HR processes
  • Investigation of employment issues, identifying risks, making recommendations for resolution and escalation of issues as required to the Shared Services Manager, HR Business Partner, etc for final decision.

  • Strong HR administration skills gained in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
  • Experience of delivering an excellent customer service experience
  • Strong English oral and written communication skills 
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
