Job Description
- Team: Treasury Sales e-com/ Digital Initiatives
- What does the team do: The team is responsible for driving all external/ internal digital initiatives for Axis Treasury sales including digital / mobile Apps, APIs, and Internal systems like Murex (TMS)
- Position: Junior Business Analyst
- Required Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in Back office/MIS / Operations – Freshers with the right aptitude/ skills can also be considered
- Graduate
Responsibilities and Duties
- Sales and Customer support:
- Be the first point of contact for queries/ issues related to Treasury E-com platform
- Conducting Product Demos
- Compliance Support: Creating necessary documentation for Process /regulatory /compliance needs
- Client On-boarding: Drive new client onboarding process in collaboration with Sales and Treasury Operations (Back-office)
- Data- analysis:
- Data cleaning /formatting and tracking progress on onboarding
- Analysis Supporting presentations for key internal stakeholders Working with internal business intelligence teams for needed financial and trend analysis
- Key Skills:
Office Skills:
- MS-office skills: primarily Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Table, Duplicate, Conditional Formatting, Shortcut keys & Formulas etc), MS-365 including Word & PowerPoint
- Basic SQL (familiarity with Dashboarding tools like tableau, Power BI a plus)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good numerical & Analytical Skills
- Good at cross departmental coordination and tracking
Mandatory to Have Skills
- MS-office skills: primarily Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Table, Duplicate, Conditional Formatting, Shortcut keys & Formulas etc), MS-365 including Word & PowerPoint
