Associate Analyst: Processes/Performance/Growth is a professional who loves Processes, Research and Analysis, Documentation, Automation and Optimization. You will be responsible for understanding the functioning of the Projects Delivery, Account Management, Tech and Sales Department and ensure that these departments are performing in a process-driven manner, and we are continuously improving and sustaining the performance benchmarks.

Job Description/KRAs Primary KRAs:
1. Quantitative Analysis:
 Collecting and interpreting data in order to generate daily/ weekly/ monthly quantitative reports.
 Present the findings and observations to senior management and share alerts as and when required.
 Identifying the pattern and sharing suggestions in order to improve the performance/ processes.
 Working alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs.
 Defining new data collection and analysing processes.

2. Resource Management:
 Preparing Occupancy reports of the project delivery department and sharing the observations/ suggestions with senior management in order to optimise the occupancy of different teams in the department.
 Regularly monitoring development, designer and Project delivery team time posting by verifying the actual time spent with that of booked hours in commercial and inhouse projects.
  • Any one team will be associated.
 Forecasting the available resources with the supporting data/ reports and raising timely alerts with senior management and HRs accordingly.
 Supporting the team and senior management in optimizing the resources.

3. Process and Performance Analysis:
 Conducting process audits and maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns.
 Identifying issues and risks in the process implementation and undertaking appropriate response measures.
 Identifying the improvement areas and collaborating with the concerned seniors to draft the action plan as per the organizational objectives.
 Work with the concerned team members to ensure the action plan is being executed as per the agreed timelines.
 Presenting the performance analysis and progress being made at regular intervals.


Secondary KRAs:
1. ROI Analysis, Monthly Client Calls and Formal Sign-offs
 Ensuring that the Finance Team is reviewing the Project Estimates, Billing Terms, Estimated ROI etc before the project execution starts. Raise alerts as and when required.
 Ensuring that the company is maintaining the desired ROI on the different projects, new initiatives, department level, team level; share observations and suggestions with the concerned seniors and management for improvements.
 Ensuring that monthly client calls are being conducted by the CEO’s Team with all the regular/repeat clients.
 Ensuring that the formal sign-off letters and the feedback are secured from the clients timely.

 0 to 1 year of experience
 E-commerce, Online Market Places, Mobile Applications, CMS, Open Source Scripts,
 Social networking portals, On-Demand Service Portals.
