Primary Function/Primary Goals/Objectives:
u2022 Main objective is to ensure equipment maintenance and reliability in process plant (Wet Process equipments & Spray Drier) to support achieving production compliance in safe and compliance manner.
u2022 Ensure maximum availability of equipment for trouble free operation of the plant.
u2022 Ensure Availability of Spare parts for trouble free operation of plant.
u2022 To initiate and implement cost reduction measures to reduce maintenance cost.
u2022 To co-ordinate plant shut down activites and project execution in process plant.
Major Responsibilities:
u2022 Responsible for the maintenance (corrective, preventive, predictive) and the troubleshooting / investigation support of plant Manufacturing Wet Process & Dryer areas in compliance with the Site Safety and GMP procedures.
u2022 Lead in continuous improvement projects and responsible for successful execution of projects with complete validation.
u2022 Responsible for developing Standard Operating Procedures, implementing of maintenance program for the Manufacturing Control Systems
u2022 Responsible to track and maintain the MOS related to maintenance.
u2022 Responsible for preparation and contol of mainteance budget pertaining to process manufacturing.
u2022 Lead the discussion and meetings with other departments pertaining to plant operations.
u2022 Responsible for ensuring safety, health and environment standards in all manufacturing operations and projects including external vendors and contractors
u2022 Responsible for ensuring all process critical equipements are in green zone and there by support in
achieving plant volume and equipement efficency.
u2022 Responsible for advising team to meet schedules and performance requirements.
u2022 Responsible for leading improvement projects pertaining to process manufacturing areas.
u2022 Responsible for raising change controls and supporting validation activities for process equipements.
u2022 Ensuring training to maintenance crew.
Education:
Engineering Graduate with 8-10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing set ups preferably form Food / Pharma / FMCG Industries
Being proficient in Gujarati is an added advantage.
Background:
u2022 Strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
u2022 Strong in planning and supervisory skills.
u2022 Good Communication Skills / Stakeholder Management
u2022 Knowledge in Six Sigma and Lean concept will be an added advantage
u2022 Hands on experience process equipements maintenance
u2022 Interpersonal skills
u2022 Experience in wet process equipments and spray drier maint
Accountability/Scope:
u2022 Responsible for maintenance and troubleshoot of equipements pertaining to process manufacturing and projects execution.
